How to live for a century. Part II

Today a medium term or a human life is about 60+ years but people want to live more and definitely their ultimate desire to live at least till hundred. For many centuries most of the people live for 30-40 years and only now we can explain it a low level of healthcare and a high mortality rate. Ancient people had a big chance to die during permanent wars, epidemics and starvation. Also, absense of quality healthcare is to be noted here as well. Try to live 100 years if you can not maintain your life in security because wars are frequent, when you are always working hard, medicine is too expensive to you and your family. Nowadays it is only history for our secular society but harsh reality for most of African people.
Of course, most of us want to live long and happy and our level of development of healthcare (when even pain management in New Yorkis accessible) and economy helps us to do it. I'm as a usual citizen want to live for a century as well. So how can I do it? I think that everybody should know some factors of a long and happy life.
Personaly I can divide them into two main categories: objective and subjective. To objective factors of long living I can relate the next things:
- Peace time. If our state maintains peace relations with other states there are no chances to be killed by enemies during wartime but at the same time one should remember that there is always a new york wound care option.
- Favourable conditions of environment. Meaning of this factor is very important for our health. Good environment helps us to use clean and healthy goods.
- Good healthcare is very important to our health as it helps us to reduce risks of illnesses, recreate our physical and mental health.
- High level of economy and technology development.
To subjective factors I relate next things:
- Healthy life-style. It is the most important thing that we should remember. All our attempts to live for a century are impossible without healthy life-style. This term includes regular sport practice, right and necessary food, absense of bad habits, like smoking, drinking alcohol or eating wrong food (fastfood).
- Internal motivation. It may be the first subjective factor without which all others are impossible. We should impose on ourselves that only we can do it.
These all things I want to say are the componets for a right way to live for a century. Everybody can add something of his/her own but these are basic things that everybody should know and conduct. I believe that I'll find internal forces to mobilize me to conduct same things and I'll live for a century.
